The University of Michigan brought the SHRM training system on site for 50 HR practitioners. We were delighted to learn a UM alumnus and someone of Mike Losey's caliber was to serve as the instructor, and we were not disappointed. Mike brought passion, humor, and enthusiasm to his teaching. He seamlessly blended program content with first-hand accounts of his experience in the profession and his insider's perspective as the past-President of SHRM on the issues the HR profession has confronted over the past 50 years. Losey is also an instructor for SHRM's PHR and SPHR certification program. He is also the final subject matter expert for the annual revision to the SHRM Learning System.
